The Supplemental Assistance fund is available to students who are American citizens and who permanently reside in Puerto Rico. To be eligible, one must maintain high a academic standing as defined in the Institutional Catalog and demonstrate a financial need according to the criteria established to evaluate students that apply for Title IV funds.
