Presidential Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Open to outstanding high school seniors and transfer students who have earned less than 17 credit hours and plan on entering for the first time in the fall semester. Earned a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 (or equivalent). Submit samples of their creative work that demonstrate strong accomplishment, talent or ability in their intended major. Awards are based on academic achievement, and demonstration of talent, ability or accomplishment in the student's intended major. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Have a completed Admissions application file that is received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office before February 1. Renewable. Amount of the award: $4,000-$8,500 (half awarded in the Fall and half awarded in the Spring).
