As an art/art studies major, you have the opportunity to learn about a number of art forms. Students can study music, theater, painting, photography, or film. If you're interested in art, this is the program for you.

Classes cover a range of topics from different art mediums to art history and theory. They'll be held in a variety of settings; while some will take place in a typical lecture hall others will be held in the studio, darkroom, or even outside, if you're painting landscapes!

After completing a degree in art/art studies, graduates have a variety of career options. Some end up working as illustrators or graphic designers, while others end up at advertising agencies or design firms. Some even gain their teacher certification and become art teachers.
