Around Town

The campus I go to has many fairs and career pathways to go to each month.

I love to write scripts for free time, and also I love to act for fun.

There is nothing to do for fun here but go to the cafe.

CCBC offers clubs, work studies, athletics programs, and some times field trips.

Join a group. I'm with multi cultural arts affairs and we always take trips. Plus they always have events for students at least twice a month. I attend basketball games for fun as well. And the school gives out free baseball games tickets, aquarium tickets, and more. So there are plenty of opportunities for fun.

CCBC has many fun activities that range from plays, musicals, sport events, holiday parties, movie nights, student nights at the aquarium where all you pay is a dollar( the price may have gone up), live speakers for LGBT events, 2 years ago we had some stars from Ru Pauls drag show come and speak about there life experiences, a multicultural club to come to meet new people as well as create an supportive environment for students from other countries as we also talk about todays current events. The are day trips to NY, the zoo, and DC. as far as what there so to in there area CCBC is only a 8 min driver from whitemarsh mall and the avenue. They mall and avenue are full with everything you can think of don pablos, BWW, olive garden, Green turtle, Z burger, Starbucks, Lowes Movie theater. I would recommend going to fells point or canton area as well as downtown to the aquarium, or multiple museums, but overall md has it all from great areas for nature lovers , high end stores in townson as well as trendy stores, to the melting pot of downtown, the history of Baltimore can been seen in the screen paintings, the beurgur cookies, and good old natty boh, as well as Bengies drive in movies.

There are flyers for school-sponsored stuff around campus. You can join clubs or go to events. I didn't spend much time socializing at school.

There are several miles of hiking trails just behind the Catonsville campus.

I am not a member of any organizations because of family obligations but I would love to join the theater club.
