explore the town and nature. the school doesn't do a lot to make campus life very fun.

I usually go bowling with my friends. Usually go to the fine arts stuff and some athletic stuff.

There is bowling on Thursday nights. The football and basketball games are free and can be pretty fun. Otherwise, drive to nearby Ottumwa or the hour to Des Moines for some real fun.

Penn always has activities for students. Penn has a whole building dedicated to Penn's activities. The PAC has activities about once a month and tries to get all of the students involved, I remember a major event was Pennstock. Games are always a huge thing for Penn. Every student goes to watch the games. There are also some cool restaurants to go to with some friends around the square in town.

Go to the PAC center and hang out with friends, also its a nice place to work out.
