In all honesty, the school is expensive. However, the school provides a lot of academic merit scholarships. I get $22,000 a year from the school in scholarships. If students stay on top of applying for external scholarships though, the school can be very affordable. I attend school for around $6,000 a semester after my scholarships (from school and external), grants, and federal loans are applied.

Good professors are overshadowed by the poor resources and terrible management of classes by the registrar. Many students will have to stay an extra year or two because they were simply unable to get one class required to graduate.

Willamette has a fantastic financial aid program, so it's pretty easy to get a great scholarship. The caliber of education that Willamette students receive really makes it worth it. You have to work hard, but it's definitely rewarding.
