    Vassar's tuition is ridiculously expensive, but most of the cost of living on campus is included in the tuition. Unless you're dying, you shouldn't need to leave campus. There is food on campus, which is prepaid for through your meal plan. There are free things to do on campus. Vassar shouldn't cost you a fortune outside your tuition.

    If you make under $60,000 they give phenomenal financial aid so yeah go its basically free, If you make over $300,000 Vassar is one of the best schools in the county so you should certainly go, but for everyone in between I would base a lot of it on what your financial aid packet looks like.
