Categories Comments Campus Safety Valley Forge is a very secure campus with 24 hour surveillance and accessibility to the OIC. there is always someone to get ahold of at any time of day for help.
Greek Life None
Clubs and Activities Horsemanship Athletics
Great for these types of students High achieves Military affiliated Looking for a small private school Looking for diversity Looking for a challenge
Bang for the buck Valley Forge in a good stepping stone school. Whether your aiming to get a taste of the military, prepping for a service academy or just getting your grades up before you move onto a four year college, the school isn't bad. The campus is well secured and no need to worry about intruders. Any college course not offered directly through Valley Forge can be taken at another nearby college such as Cabrini. Athletics also combine with other colleges as well. Overall, Valley Forge is a great school.
What to do for fun Not much. We get Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to go off campus. The area has movie theaters, king of Prussia mall, shoot ranges, Valley forge national park is close by. The town is filled with little cute shops to go into, a lot of nice small restaurants and cafés to hangout in. The people are welcoming and also very fit, it's a great place to go for a walk or a run on a nice day.
Food and Dining The food isn't the greatest but they do offer variety. Soup and salad is always available for lunch. Breakfast has options of cereal, bagels, hot breakfast or fruit and yogurt. Dinner is usually a hot plate, lasagna, rice and other side options, baked chicken and potatoes. Not bad.
Dorm Life As a female, I feel safe I my dorm. The rooms aren't to small and are always kept clean. Very quiet at night for good sleep or studying and all the girls live on the same floor. So your friends are always easy to find.
Academic Rigor Classes can be tough if you push yourself. One of our five corner stones is academic excellence, you'll only get what you achieve.
Tips for prospective students Be prepared for hard work. This is a military college so uniform inspections, PT, self-discipline and many more responsibilities come along with being a Valley Forge Cadet. That's something we all take pride in.
In three sentences Valley Forge Military College is a good stepping stone for those looking to go into the military or even those who are unsure of what direction they want to go in life. At Valley Forge, many doors of opportunity are opened for a brighter future.

Categories Comments Bang for the buck If you're an ECP Cadet, going here will be worth your money because you will commission in two years.
What to do for fun There's gym's weight rooms, as well as a rec room on the top of Bower Hall.
Food and Dining Don't expect anything special in the food quality while you're at Valley Forge. The type of food is buffet style so you can eat as much as you desire.
Dorm Life You live in the barracks with over 300 other males, so the dorm living isn't that great.
Academic Rigor If you're a Prepster or a ROTC cadet it will be very hard for you to balance your school work as well as your ROTC or Prepster responsibilities.
Tips for prospective students Make sure you want to be in a military environment because if you aren't prepared for that, you will want to leave very quickly.
In three sentences A University that applies leadership and individual responsibilities. Prepares you to be a citizen leader in the work force. Sets you up for success in everything that you do after college.

Categories Comments Campus Safety No one will do anything dangerous because there are cameras everywhere and many of the staff are prior military. Many people simply leave the campus when they are not allowed to but they lose all leave and are forced to do meaningless tasks for many hours. Disrespecting a higher ranking cadet or staff member can have similar repercussions. Most people here do not treat each other with respect though so most issues do not get reported.
Greek Life None
Clubs and Activities Almost none, too few people to have anything good, including football. Most people have more fun off campus than anywhere near it.
Great for these types of students SPONSORED service academy prep students or ECP members
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Full of heritage since the school and its buildings are very old. They haven't changed much since they were first built either.
Bang for the buck Way too expensive for what you get. One of the worst parts about this school. You are paying high tuition rates for very low-level courses and a terrible social life. You can only leave campus on weekends and must request leave for special events.
What to do for fun Leave this place and go to Wayne, King of Prussia, or Philly. We never stay on campus when we have the opportunity to leave.
Food and Dining Simply terrible. Paid for in your tuition at about $9 a meal if you attend every meal. Definitely not worth it. Most other schools offer better meals for less than $7.
Dorm Life Military barracks with staff watching your every move. No real freedom.
Academic Rigor Community college level classes for the price of a private college.
Tips for prospective students Weigh your options, a community college may be a better option or an actual four year institution. Do not expect a strong military college in this school. Would not recommending attending this junior college.
In three sentences This is a junior college; it is good for people trying to either succeed as a sponsored service academy applicant or ECP member. It is not for those simply looking for a college education as the school will not provide you with a strong educational background or a positive outlook on life. Would not recommend a student come here.
