This school is very affordable compared to most other schools in the state. It has been recognized as one of the most affordable institutions for public education in Georgia, with tuition starting at around $4,000. HOPE scholarship will cover tuition but not fees such as health, campus center, recreational, etc. All those will be covered by either loans or federal pell grants.

I'm not really sure on what this category means, but if it's talking the tuition then it's not that much. West Georgia is about 8,000 a semester which is very cheap compared to other universities. However if you are a very smart student with a scholarship and hope or even sell miller then you don't have to worry about that.
