Tuition is around 9 thousand a year if you're planning on living in the dorms at UWT. The YMCA membership is also $180 for the whole year and its required so those who don't exploit the YMCA waste $180.

There is an excellent pizzeria that does daily slices for $2.50. Throughout the year, UWT offers discounts on many activities around the Sound (movies, concerts, comedy shows, etc.) During the holiday season, UWT offers discount tickets for Zoolights. Students are also given free admission into a few of the downtown museums.
