If you can get past the large number of students in your lower-level classes, learning will not be a problem. Professors, TAs and study centers are generally very kind and willing to help you out. If you seek help, you will get it.

My dad went here to study Aerospace Engineering and it has been in my top 10 schools since I was a little girl. The campus is stunning, especially when the historic cherry blossom trees bloom in the Summer, and the community is close-knit despite being near such a bustling city. Love this school, the academic reputation, and the city that it's in!

Although the intro class sizes are large, and the grading curve difficult, it's a good school. The dorms are quite nice, even the older ones, and everything is easily accessible. The campus is pretty safe.

A grandeur school of incredible budget and promises, it's beautiful scenery is as fleeting as student hopes upon arrival. Many excel, many fall behind, the cruel fate of adulthood and the college world becoming as apparent as the dreadful weather... The name, brand, title, it beckons you, as well as the prospects of success, but what greets you besides the 80% internationals with their hypebeast swagger?

There are so many opportunities for you to make such a large campus into a small one! The campus is beautiful, social life is great, but academics is top notch so stay on your toes. Everything I imaged college to be like, but at the same time so different.

Having participated in a couple clinical trials at the UWSOM at the UWMC, I can attest for the professionalism and expediency of the employees there. From the clinicians to the study coordinators and reception, everyone is diligent and respectful. As a public entity, the institution finds a great balance between serving the public and improving our health while consistently delivering high quality academic advancements from many of the clinical trials that happen at the UW.

The new dorm rooms are nice (not sure about the old ones.) Beautiful campus. Although there are more than 40,000 students, it doesn't feel like very crowded.
