Be aware. With paper thin walls, small bathroom sinks, messy roommates and non-adhesive walls, dorm life may be unsatisfying but it's well worth it. Yes, the rooms are small and…
Dorm life is surprisingly good. Sure, the rooms aren't huge, but they are big enough to house two people without feeling cramped. The dorms are clean and the towers specifically…
Eh, it's not that bad, or that good.…
The dorms were very modern and had the latest technology. I believe that they were all co-ed with doors that only students can get into. …
Used to be 5 stars until they took away Cate. Now the restaurants at the Union is always crowded. The Caf (buffet) is still glorious as always, but Cate restaurants will be sorely missed.
Read MoreThere are two Chick-fil-as on campus, a variety of food and a salad bar in the restaurant attached to the dorms, and very nice local and chain restaurants on campus corner.
Read MoreOU has a nationally renowned cafeteria (with the ONLY all-you-can-eat Chick-fil-a in the country). Additionally, we have numerous other locations around campus where you can eat anything from pancakes to burgers to gyros. If you're feeling hungry in the middle of the night, we have a 24 hour restaurant at the Student Union. There is a restaurant within ~3 minute walk from anywhere on campus.
Read MoreThere is a pizza place near campus that is delicious and it looks like there are numerous options for a variety of foods.
Read MoreThat food is amazing, there's so much to choose from.
Read MoreThere is a great selection of restaurants on and near campus, and the resident dining halls offer a huge variety of food each day!
Read MoreThe options galore. There are a wide variety of pubs, cafes, and shops located around Campus Corner. Under each Residential Hall are small eateries like Raisin' Canes, Couch Express, and Xcetra. The University of Oklahoma also has a couple of dining halls. One being the most prominent is the Caf, short for Couch Caf. The Caf is an all-you-can-eat buffet serving different assortments of food from all over the globe including an all-you-can-eat Chick-fil-a. Food from Greece, Italy, China and Mexico are all available. Served alongside are other options that serve to be a healthier option (e.g. salad bar, fitter foods, and vegetarian station). And that is just the Caf alone. In other dining halls, like Cate and the Union, they serve Quiznos, Taco Mayo, Starbucks and even one restaurant that opens 24 hours, providing us with limitless varieties of food, promising us that we will never become enervated.
Read MoreThe food here is awesome. They do this thing where you have points which equal one point is one dollar and then you also have meal plans. The meals are so great because they're so much variety to choose from, and everyone loves that you can use points in the restaurants nearby.
Read MoreThe caf has tons of options to choose from, including an all you can eat Chick-fil-A and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. There are also several places on campus where you can get meals if you are tired of the caf, like Crossroads, which is open 24/7. Always nice if you start craving waffles at 3am.

Read MoreI am not involved in Greek Life, but OU's Greek Life is thriving. Many of my friends are in Greek Life and love it.
Read MoreI don't know much about this.
Read MoreGreek life is loads of fun. They go out and party almost every Friday night, however be mindful that OU is a dry campus, which means we do not allow drug and alcohol on campus.
Read MoreLots of it.
Read MoreBasically runs this campus in regards to parties and trend setting. This isn't always a good thing but it isn't too over the top.
Read MoreGreek life is very huge at OU. Many students are involved with a sorority or fraternity.
Read MoreOU has one of the strongest Greek communities in the nation! About 30% of OU students are affiliated with a Greek organization. These organizations offer great opportunities to network, meet new people, and create life-long friendships! I highly recommend Greek life if you are coming from a smaller school or don't know many people going to OU because it makes the transition much easier.
Read MoreAn awesome experience. Its not for everyone, but if it is, it will allow you to find a community of brotherhood, or sisterhood which will last a lifetime. Its also a way of making great contacts. Alumni of Greek are an awesome way of life after college.
Read MoreGreek Life is a huge part of the campus. I am involved with Greek Life and I am so happy that I chose to be a part of it! It helps make this huge university not seem all the big!
Read MoreI am currently pledging and I wouldn't change anything. Greek life is a great way to get involved and give back to the community. There are so many Greek organizations, so many to choose from. Choose where you feel at home.
