OOS tuition is very low compared to many other schools. You can get in-state tuition after a full year living in ND. Aviation majors should check out the flight fees and be prepared for those. Flight fees are quite reasonable compared to other programs for a better quality of classes/instruction.

At UND there is a program called LAUNCH, its a dual-enrollment program with Lake Region State College. Its for students who haven't meet all of the requirements for UND but still met some. These students get the chance to live on campus and go to classes directed by the LAUNCH program. The students in the program then go to UND officially the next year.

Dorms are pricy for what you could spend on an apartment but for first year I recommend. all in all it is a pretty cheap school to go to. I am paying out of state tuition and it is cheaper than in state back home.
