There are many places to eat at walking distance to eat at. Grab a friend anf go to Burger King, McDonald, taco bell, subway or Zeus. ULL also have a coffee shops, food courts and buffet cafeteria with many things to choose from.

Read MoreLuckily the new student union will be finished in spring of 2014, so there will be a new cafeteria and a few more eating establishments. However from my experience, the cafeteria is not vegetarian friendly at all. Vegetarians should get a meal plan with a lot of declining balance because there are other campus eateries that serve vegetarian options.
Read MoreThe food is amazing in southern Louisiana. Who doesn't love Cajun-styles food? Unfortunately, some actually don't, but that's okay because UL's dining has a nice variety of foods to keep everyone's tummy happy and satisfied. UL is currently rebuilding their Student Union and when it is finished it will be even better to go and have a bite to eat during a busy class week.

Read MoreGreeks at UL Lafayette are very diverse and laid back. The Greek system is a wonderful part of UL Lafayette and it's working on expanding with new Chapters of Sigma Chi and Alpha Delta Pi. There are many to choose and be a part of should you take this route. Greek life is a great way to be involved and an experience like no other.
Read MoreThe Greek life here at UL is fantastic. There are a lot of different sororities and fraternities. They help out a lot with community service and social events around the school and they full of a lot of nice people.
