As with other colleges, freshman year generally means class sizes in the hundreds. However, the professors and teaching assistants do a relatively good job on relaying information to classes of these sizes. Most of my classes used PowerPoint slides which made it easy to follow along while the professor was lecturing.

KU is my family's top college. I have been seeing some really good things about it online and from people to go there (like my uncle). They have good ratings too.
Read MoreThe University of Kansas is really great. It's rich in culture and trains you to accept the world. However, politics really get in the way of what you learn and everything is biased.
Read MoreI recommend this school, 10/10. This place feels like such a good environment for me.
Read MoreGreat school, good campus, good night life, good education. Big classes at first, but they slim down as you progress. You will fall in love with this school.
Read MoreI heard this school has a really good engineering school. Is that true?
Read Morei attended girl's state at ku this summer. ku has an absolutely gorgeous campus, a friendly environment, and so many great programs to choose from. i cannot wait to attend ku in the fall of 2017.
Read MoreAbsolutely perfect! I would not want to attend anywhere else. You will love it, I promise.
Read MoreThe University of Kansas has a hometown feel and is located in the comfortable city of Lawrence. When taking breaks from studying, Greek life and parties are well known here. The only downside is the diversity!
Read MoreThe squirrels here are slightly horrifying but always entertaining. If you walk to class, you won't have to worry about the freshman 15 because there are so many hills (but, if you want, there's a great rec center as well)! College is not completely what I expected it to be, but KU makes it great nonetheless!
