Although UIUC's tuition is pretty expensive, I definitely think my time has been worth the money I've spent here. I've had the opportunity to learn from world renown researcher. I've been able to experience some pretty tumultuous political events in a place where people of every side are accepted and welcomed. I've had the chance to have hands-on opportunities in my field that wouldn't be possible at other universities. The biggest opportunity I've had while at UIUC is the chance to not only manage, but develop and run programs within the Student Wellness Department at Campus Recreation. The major I chose, Interdisciplinary Health Science, is very unique to UIUC, and if I wouldn't have spent the money to come to the University of Illinois, I would have never found my passion in wellness and prevention of illnesses. Coming to the University of Illinois has truly shaped the person I am today and the person I will be in the future.

You definitely get what you pay for. This school is pricey but the opportunities to make friends, connections, broaden horizons on many different majors, join clubs and other organizations, is all 100% worth it. I wouldn't choose any other school.

UIUC helped with my financial needs because of their tuition grants and scholarships. UIUC will provide enough and there are loans also available.

Very expensive school but also very credible. Many job seekers are impressed by a person who holds a degree from the University of Illinois.
