    All UCs are expensive, but I think UCSC is affordable with its financial aid packages as well as worth your money. UCSC not only gives you a professional education, but also provides students with an overwhelming amount of job, internship, and research opportunities. In fact 70% of all engineering students leave with at least one internship experience.

    No no no no no! Like any UC school, you have to sign up for a college and take a mandatory core course AFTER you finish your anti-alcohol anti-sex online courses. Teachers let their bias show and depending on who you have, may never teach you a thing! Come here for the name, UC Santa Cruz, and our clubs and networking opportunities, but not for some magical experience :P
