Great community college! Absolutely attend first if planning on going to UNR because it will save you a ton of money. I wish I could stay for my Masters!

It's good in general, however has its fallbacks. Academic advisement and your class records seem to often get messed up or fall short. Seeking any kind of administrative help from the school will be a great challenge for any future student.

TMCC is an incredibly resourceful school. This is a great place for students who are the first in their family to attend college. It is incredibly easy to transfer to a university from here.

TMCC demonstrates leadership, opportunity, confident professors, excellent free tutoring center, academic advisement, computer labs, library services, Bio Chemistry classes, and facilities comparable to the local University. I am a first-generation college student in their 40s. TMCC has made this dream come true from staff by helping me excel with numerous opportunities despite any obstacles and challenges that are present to me.

If you're not quite ready to go from high school to a 4 year university or are planning on returning to school, TMCC is the perfect place to start! The classes are less than 30 students, teachers are very friendly and helpful, and the main campus has an all around warm, welcome feeling.

Truckee Meadows focuses on the students and have small class sizes. You are able to pick whatever schedule fits. It's a great school and cheap for just starting out!

TMCC seems like a great community college that helps their students become successful and also helps future students create a good, strong path and goals to getting their desired career. They have a lot of support systems for the students like counseling, disability resources, parental resources, and plenty of financial resources. The campus is medium sized campus but isn't crowded, very open and peaceful.

I love the availability of the classes and the nearby locations. The instructors seem to be very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the available class choices.

This is a nice campus that offers a wide variety of interesting classes. However, I feel a though many of the professors try to indoctrinate students through their teaching methods instead of allowing them to think for themselves and share their own opinions.

I have been attending college part time for about 5 years now and I have had nothing but great experiences with the teachers at TMCC. They take the time to give individualized help and are always available outside of classroom hours.
