I love it here. I am apart of the UT Tyler men soccer team. We are all really close so I enjoy my free time with them or with any other of the friends I easily make at the school itself. The food area is a good place to just hang out with other students, play some pool, ping pong, or video games. The whole campus has a great environment. The school is not too big where you find yourself not knowing anyone. Its small enough to where you can recognize and talk to most people in passing.

Read MoreOn a scale of 1 to 10, I'd have to rate UT Tyler as an 11. I absolutely LOVE this school, campus, professors, and students. Being here makes me happy and like I belong. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you've been there for years.
Read MoreOne great thing about UT Tyler is its beautiful campus. All of the buildings are centered around several small lakes with walkways that weave in and out, and there is nothing like walking to class in the morning and looking out over the shimmering water and seeing a turtle basking in the sun. During the fall, the treas are beautiful, and there is the smell of pine in the air everywhere you go. I've found myself many times taking a stroll between classes or on my lunch break just for the view and to breathe in the fresh air after being cooped up in classrooms for a few hours. The environment seems to absorb all of the stress and tension of the week right out of your bones and give you the feeling of waking up fresh and excited for what the day has in store.
Read MoreThe campus itself is beautiful, especially in the late summer months and early fall. The campus housing is close to wherever you need to go, and is quite convenient. Personally, I enjoy the classes, and campus itself. The staff members around the school are friendly and helpful as well, creating a more enjoyable environment.
