there are a lot of food places on campus and other places to eat on mesa. however, the cafeteria and buffet place i avoided. the cafeteria sold me a pudding cup that was 2 weeks past the sell date with a new label put over the old label with the expiration date. the buffet place's cups and silverware look like they are never cleaned.

The food at campus is reasonably varied and readily available. There are franchises such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Quizno's, etc, plus small coffe shops and lunch stores at almost every biulding.

No meal plans so you must learn how to cook, which is good in a way. Although the closest grocery store is a little far away.

There are a lot of food options on and around campus, and they all have good food, including some of the bigger chain restaurants like Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Chick-Fil-A, but I find that most places on campus are quite expensive. Also, there aren't as many places that offer healthy food.

The food is okay, and the selection is varied, but UTEP would really benefit from having more healthy options for food and drink. You basically have Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Quiznos, Einstein Bros Bagels, and stuff like that to choose from.

With a Starbucks at hand, snack time is great. Though cafe time is a little boring, but you can always spice up the lunch hour with a little off campus driving to a wing shack or a treat to some fine dinning.

Very little Greek life as far as I know; fraternities and sororities do not have a frat/soror. house. But there are a few you can join, they do get together and do stuff.

There is a big presence of Greek Life on UTEP, and they are almost always recruiting new members. I never really experienced it, but I know people who have and who say that it's great.

While I am not personally involved in Greek Life, its evident that all the fraternities and sororities are a great big family. They are very active across campus and the city to really promote their philanthropy and to make a difference.

I am not really aware of the greek life. I am not in a sorority but we definitely have many who are a part of that lifestyle on campus.
