    University of Tampa is a private school, so it is pricy, but compared to private school back home (in Connecticut) this was much more affordable.

    If you are granted scholarships from UT then it makes it extremely more affordable. UT has a well respected reputation. Also being in the heart of downtown Tampa is advantageous when it comes to job opportunities and internships.
