My first semester, DNCE came and performed and it was amazing! There are emails that go out on a regular basis with regard to campus events. It is very hard to be bored here.

Read MoreTCU football games are always a blast! I have gone to some myself. All TCU athletic events seem to be a lot of fun and really embrace the spirit of TCU. The Fort Worth museum district is very nice, surrounded by the zoo and botanical gardens, you can have a nice, quiet day compared to a football game. Fort Worth has walking trails along the Trinity River that are beautiful and well-kept. Downtown Fort Worth is always bustling and there is always something to do, or good food to eat.
Read MoreIf you like country dancing, go to Billy Bob's. If you like classical music, Bass Hall offers student tickets for $10, and that can be pretty enjoyable. If you join Greek life, there will be lots of parties, although the Greek parties are really just a place to drink and hook up and normally aren't any fun, in my opinion. But I mean if you like drinking, there's that option. They show movies in the auditorium on Saturdays, and our improv team does a free show every Thursday, and that's pretty fun. Sometimes there are concerts or comedians, and there are lots of clubs you can get involved in.

We've had petting zoos, concerts, bouncy castles, hamster balls, pumpkin smashing, study abroad fairs, and a Harry Potter themed party, just to name a few. It's nearly impossible to be bored.
Read MoreYou are in Fort Worth! The city is full of museums, art, cowboy hisrtory! Even the stockyards alone can entertain you for a month, easy. And, you are only short distance from downtown Dallas, where club life and sporting events are easy pickings.

Read MoreDepending on what your idea of fun is, you'll be able to find it in Fort Worth. The area is known for excellent restaurants and a new, beautiful downtown, but it also has an old town - the stockyards. There, you'll find Billy Bob's a fun place for college kids to go dance and learn to two step. Of course, Fort Worth is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Dallas as well where you can get your fill of concerts, professional sports games, and whatever else you can imagine.
