Being at A&M Texarkana I feel i've learned alot about myself and the world after high school. The professors I have had the pleasure to be taught by push us to do well and try to help however they can.

I appreciate this camps for looking to bring in students. Also, this campus looks very nice with the development of the campus. Hopefully I can fit in to this school.
Read MoreThere's literally no "nightlife" or partying at this school. It's smack dab in the middle of nowhere. Don't come here expecting the true college experience. However there are plenty of clubs and school-organized activities, if you're into that. Make sure you have a car or make friends with people who do, because if you want to drive into the city then that's your only option. There's no transportation provided for students (buses, trains, etc) so you're essentially stuck on campus until the school year ends if you have no car. Everyone is really nice and friendly, and they all want you to succeed. This is a VERY small, tight knit community and if you're not into that don't set yourself up for disappointment.

Read MoreIt is a four year university with one of the cheapest tuition in Texas out of all other four year universities. It is a new university with new facilities and is very proactive in giving its students everything they need to pass their courses. It is located in a very boring city which makes it the ideal school to go to if you don't want any distractions and need free time to study and pass your classes.
Read MoreIt is in the developmental stages so lacks many of the aspects that make a larger university great; however the university has a great social environment where people are accepting and diverse. Faculty and student morale is mediocre, but will likely develop to a higher standard with time. The small environment is sure to attract many prospective students.
