The university provides plenty of opportunity, from campus and community involvement to career services and searches. Their overall academic system can be frustrating, however, due to limited major courses…
Exciting and diverse…
The area isn't very affluent, hence crime is a constant problem. I constantly fear being robbed or held at gunpoint due to the ubiquitous occurrences. The athletic activities are incredible and a lot of fun to watch though.

Read MoreI enjoy being here quite a bit. The fact that the school is in Philadelphia is awesome. Most college students just have the campus. Temple students have the campus AND Philadelphia. There are plenty of cool places to go all over the city. I have had a lot of fun, cultural experiences. Unlike at other schools, you don't have to be into partying to have fun. Temple's location provides you with a unique experience. The only down side is that the areas directly surrounding campus can be a little sketchy. Stay on campus, and you are fine.
Read MoreWith over 200 group organizations and the many events that happen in campus you will never be bored!!! I am in 4 organizations and believe me when i tell you i am enjoying all of them. Not only has it given me a chance to make new friends but it will also encourage you to do better in classes. Its not an utopian society you will have some rude people but its life. Temple keeps me on my toes plus there is also something going all. Whether it be a prep-rally for the big game or a concert, you will never be bored...unless you choose to be.
