Amazing student traditions like Purple Pancakes, Purple Poo, and The Bonfire. This University has it all when it comes to traditions and making new students feel like new family. Wide range of people go there but mostly boot scootin' cowboys, which makes the TSU culture.
Read MoreIt's located in a small town that's very connected and supportive of the students. Traditions are highly valued. Professors and Students are great but dealing with the Admin or Financial Aid can be tricky.

Read MoreTarleton State University, although located in the small town of Stephenville, is a university that almost everyone can enjoy. The small town offers a homey atmosphere and everyone, from the locals to the students on campus, are kind, respectable, and helpful in almost everything they do. Tarleton should be a school on every senior's college list.

Unfortunately, they have a few more students than they can really handle and so things get a little messy and confused.
