Create an account now!One down side to small college towns is the only thing "fun" to do is party. Party in a barn or in a pasture, but mostly underage drinking. However Fort Worth is only an hour away with lots of things to do as well as Lake Granbury which is 30 minutes away.
Read MoreBeing involved on campus will help to find fun things to do. As I said before, campus is located in a small town. There is a small movie theater and a few stores but if you want a better selection, your best bet is 30 mins down the road. Football season could be fun but it doesn't compare to big games like those in the SEC or etc. (Also once you turn 21 it is kind of tricky to drink here. There aren't a whole lot of bars and Stephenville is dry so grabbing alcohol will also be 30 min away.)

Read MoreAlthough many people say that the only thing to do in town is go to City Limits, the dancing Bar in town, there are other, on-campus clubs, like SWAT (Student Wide Activities Team) that plan several, fun, different activities to do while still staying on campus as well. On the edge of Stephenville, there is a movie theater, and 35 miles away in Glen Rose, there is a drive through conservation center where you can go and feed animals like giraffes, zebras, and red deer.

There's usually something going on in the park in front of Hunewell, There's tons of different exercise classes to choose from in the rec center, and there are outdoor groups that go camping and hiking and such.
