No dorm is going to be like a five star hotel anywhere you go and Syracuse is no different. There are no forced triples (putting a third bed into a…
The dorms are okay. All first-year students are expected to live in one. However, after the first year, you have the option to move to south campus which I consider…
The dorms are very nice, and most are doubles, but they can have a divider between the two sides for privacy. …
I live on a floor specifically designated to have stricter no-drug/alcohol policies. Other than providing me a nice group of people to know because I don't party much myself, my…
the best experience within the university! very friendly environments.…
There are plenty of dining halls to choose from. Syracuse has many many many food options for all. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in the food.
Read MoreDorm life is not terrible, it is not wonderful, it is just about right or above average in some aspects. The dorms are relatively new and are constantly being updated. However, some designs are very reminiscent of the 90s or early 2000s.
Read MoreNot your usual home cooked meals but they do their best. The staff puts out their specialties and they are usually pretty good. There is great brunch n the weekends. Ernie Davis hall is the king of dining halls on campus and the food is better than the other halls.
Read MoreI'm not familiar with the cuisine in Syracuse, does it offer anything unique or just generally good?
Read MoreMany different food options located all over campus
Read MoreWhat do they eat here?

Read Moreis a big thing
Read MoreTop 3 party school for 2018. There is a party every night. Will not be disappointed.
Read MoreHUGE on campus
Read MoreThere are a few sororities and fraternities, but you are definitely not obligated to join one.
Read MoreExtremely present.
Read MoreThe school is thought to be very dominated by Greek Life, however I don't agree. As someone not in Greek Life, I still have a great social life other things that I'm involved in. Even if you are on the fence about Greek Life, I suggest going through the recruitment process to see if it is for you. If it's not (which is what happened to me) it's totally fine because there is so much else to do here. However, people involved find it very fulfilling and truly seem to love it.
Read MoreThere are too many sororities and fraternities to keep track of - I would say Syracuse is the top school for greek life.
Read MoreI'm not personally interested in Greek Life, but from what I have seen, it is a prominent presence on campus and there are plenty of options to those interested.
Read MoreLots of great frats and sororities. Lots of Greek pride around campus. Parties are usually really fun.
