St. Petersburg College is quite affordable as a community college and I recommend incoming students to start at a community college and then (if they wanted to) to a state/bigger institution in order to avoid expensive costs after completing a degree.

Tuition is much less expensive than other colleges, and there are many financial aid programs. The college is good academically, and most of the textbooks are available for reduced prices, making it relatively affordable all things considered. They have good programs in place and it is a good college.

There is definitely bang for the buck when it comes to this college because between academic advising, career specialists, counselors, and administration there is no possible chance that any student will be left behind when it comes to their academic endeavors, goals, dreams, and future aspirations. Everyone at this college is incredibly understanding and actually want to communicate efficiently with students rather than turning away from them in order to complicate the problems; they are there to help solve problems. I have truly appreciated the degree in which the professors and counselors along with administration have helped me in order to achieve success during my years at St. Petersburg College, Tarpon Springs Campus.
