stc has the worst employees i have ever had to deal with compared to other colleges and utrgv. whether you have to speak to someone in financial aid or admissions, you will be "greeted" by a rude individual who obviously hates his/her job. they take 10-20 minutes to answer the phone even though it claims only 2-0 callers are ahead. they are extremely rude and unprofessional. i do not recommend this school at all
