Silver Lake College of the Holy Family Campus Life

The food is alright it could use a lot of improvement, the variety is not bad but when you have a variety of food that is not that good, it makes it seem like there is no options.

Sodexo Food company.Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Silver Lake does not have snack, canteen or other times that the cafeteria is open. They do not have a restaurant on campus. There is a student run starbucks and a small gift shop/school store next to it. The food is fair. The salad and sandwich bar is generally more fresh sometimes than the food served. The meals are rather expensive if you do not have a meal plan (residential students MUST have a meal plan-they make you) If you are a commuter-you can get a loadable card by choice for the gift shop and cafeteria with money on it to use for meals. Here, they do try to accommodate everyone. Especially those who have gluten, vegetarian, allergy etc. lifestyles.

the foods were very delicious and there will be new foods to serve everyday and not serve the same foods twice a week.

The food can be on the ok side but there is a good varity to choose from and its a decent price.

they only serve each meal for an hour which doesn't give you much time to eat if you have class.Most of all the meals are not good, and you don't have a variety to choose from.

Every meal there is amazing. Our chef does a wonderful job. There is a wide variety daily and a wonderful salad bar every day at lunch.

I loved the food there! And the mural on the cafeteria was gorgeous.
