Honestly, you don't have to do much. Just be a decent student, and make sure that you have some place to live. The dorms are about $4,700 per year, which is more expensive than renting an apartment, but puts you right next to the school and gives you an amazing social aspect. However, if you do decide to live in the dorms, check in with the faculty-- a lot of the things on their packing list aren't actually allowed anymore (for instance, you're not actually allowed to have microwaves due to the strain on power, but it's still on the list). Also, bring a bed mat, since the beds here are made with this plastic canvas that your sheets will slide right off of if you even look at it funny. As far as classes go, if you're registering, try to do it early, especially if you want to get into a class like a hands-on art class. Those spots disappear faster than a pizza at a Weight Watcher's convention.

Talk to your counselor about what classes you need to take for your degree or major. Also, don't stress too much; you'll do great.

Don't take anatomy with Dr. Abts under ANY circumstances! Take it with Croes, or even drive to Red Bluff to take it. Believe me, if you take it with Abts, you WILL regret it.
