I definitely believe that I am getting my bang for the buck here at Sauk. It is very affordable here with the scholarships that are available as well as financial aid. The teachers and staff are great and usually pretty personable. The education I am receiving here is really worth it. I know most do not like that this school is a community college and it has a stigma for that, but I really love it here. You get out of it what you put into it, in my opinion.
Read MoreSauk is affordable. I believe it is $99/credit hour if you live close. The classes Ive taken (chem, bio, mat, eng, spe, hum, ped, psy) are top knotch courses with outstanding professors. Some of the professors have doctorate degrees and have taught at big universities. You pay for a good education. The bookstore is WAAAY overpriced so it is better if you get your books off the internet or join SSS and borrow them.
Read MoreSauk is definitely the choice to go in cost of tuition. The educational level provided for the price to attend is superb. With all the leftover money, you can go to all of the hot spots of Dixon, Sterling, and Rock falls, all located within 10 miles of Sauk's campus.
