ASG govenment assoication, volunteer for event, marthons 5ks that are hosted on the campus. Attend clubs and get to know other student and spare time.

Downtown is literally right in front of your eyes and Balboa Park is up the hill, trust me there's a lot to do for fun.

The library is pretty impressive, and there are plenty of places nearby to unwind at (Balboa Park, Seaport village) otherwise I haven't experienced much.

Eat lunch with other students, and go to some the plays or games, they have basketball games too.

What ever you want. Well... except snow ski, in fact you won't have much sweater weather at all. Balboa park is a bridge walk away where you can find pick-up games of basketball and Volleyball. There are free running and hiking clubs. Boot camps, dog parks, kayak rentals, free sailboat days, will keep you active. The night club scene is fast approaching any huge city, with Flux and Broadway. Sports bars like Whiskey Girl and sing along at the Shout House piano bar.

There are campus events and field trips every week (or so it seems), so there's almost always something fun to do. Since the school is located in Downtown SD, students can also explore the big city.
