There is several clubs and activities you can do in this institution for pass time. you can visit an art gallery, take in a performance. With five beautiful campuses in the heart of New Jersey, Rutgers is a great destination! There's so much to do and see here.

In campus, you have the health fitness center where you can work out.

I enjoy going to the beach or socializing with friends as well as study or read research articles that involve biochemistry.

There's always something, like an event going on. Get involved. Make some friends and network. Everything works to your benefit.

The gym, coined the Athletic Center allows the students to play a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball and badminton. There is also a exercise/working out area located in the basement of the gym. It is also possible to play football or soccer in the field if it is not occupied by the college sports teams; the same goes for whatever goes on in the gym. Besides playing games, I guess you can go out and drink; there are a few select bars to choose from.

So many activities to do on campus. Clubs, sports, hang out areas are just a few to get you interacted.

Although Rutgers Newark is located within a city, the city itself is quite dangerous. There is not much to do around campus.
