    If you plan on going to Richland college make sure you are determined in the goals you have set. In my experience most of the people there have a hard time really helping future students and don't like to give the full picture. I've had an advisor try to talk me out of what I wanted to accomplish for my life. Keep asking questions til you get all the answers you need.

    Do research about your professors before registering for the classes. Use websites such as or similar ratings and reviews websites. Make use of the library, the student help center, the help sources that are available in Richland campus for free. They are great ways to help you through your academic struggles. Be happy, be yourself. Make friends and be outgoing. Everyone who attends college wishes to make friends so don't be shy and reach out. If you don't give them a hint, how would they know to reach out for you ;)
