I am a commuter student, so riding the bus back and forth to school four days a week gets tiring. I like Point Park a lot, but all the travelling makes school a little harder to enjoy.

But since I commute now, it's really a pain to either have to take a bus and walk halfway across downtown or find a place to park and pay ridiculous parking fees. It was better living on campus. As for the intangible things--I've had some really great professors and some who really knew how to cut you down without really helping you improve. But I'm sure that's true of any school. Also, a lot of different types of people go here, so depending what kind of person you are it can be really easy to make friends or really hard to identify with anyone. Unfortunately I happen to fall into the second group.

I love the city it is new and exciting, but the course work leaves little time for anything, and suffice it to say if your not good with stairs, this isn't the place to be because its a urban campus and your classes are likely to be on floors like 10 or higher, and catching an elevator takes a lot of time, most students take the stairs.
