Pitzer College as well as the entire Claremont Colleges offers many opportunities and resources including the Claremont Consortium, the Keck Joint Science Center, Student Health Services and others. Students also have the opportunity to create their own major if they feel Pitzer doesn't offer what their looking for. The professors are great and willing to help students.

Visiting this campus I felt an amazing vibe from the campus itself and the student life. I was drawn to the campus because everything it modern and eco friendly, all of the plants can survive droughts, and the classes. Walking into a class, I noticed the desks were in a circle, which showed small discussion based classes.
Read MorePitzer is within the Claremont Colleges and can be most captured by the green, eco-friendly vibe. The students appear to be more laid back than those from other colleges. You also get the perks of going around to the other neighboring colleges as well.
Read MoreIt's a small school that doesn't feel small because of the 5 other colleges surrounding it. They're all extremely close to each other. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Pomona to Pitzer (and they're at opposite corners.)
