Read MoreThe school has a beautiful location. The people are great, and very friendly. The only downside is the fact that it is kind of far and other than nature exploring, and road trips, there is not much else to do.
Read MoreAs a community student, I am not notified about any events going on around campus. When I finally do get their emails, it's already three days after the event. However, the classes themselves have been loads of fun, and the events I HAVE been to are all good. Students and faculty are very friendly and helpful. There is a great community here. Also, as an Aviation student I am a member of the Angwin Flyers club. This is a student-run group which plans various aviation related events. We're planning a lot of fun events for later in the year when the weather gets better again. All of the people in this group are fantastic, it's great to just chat with them about planes and such. There are plenty of other clubs on campus as well. Also, if you don't see a group you think should be there, you can simply make your own. Campus hotspots such as The Grind are also very fun places to hang out with friends, play pool, watch movies, etc.
