Otero offers a pretty good education, and it's relatively cheap. I transferred here from Boise State on a scholarship to compete on the rodeo team, and I've really enjoyed my time here. You don't have to pay for parking, you don't have to pay for your student ID, and you don't have to pay for textbooks right away, the school will let you just add it to your bill at the end of the semester. The instructors here are pretty great as far as making it easy for you to pass classes. If you talk to your instructors, they're always more than happy to help you, not that you'll need help though. Classes here are easy as hell.
