Its the cheapest out of all the 4 year schools in Louisiana. But of course its really smal and you won’t get much night life or sorority/fraternity hype from here.

nicholls is a part of the university of louisiana system, and many of the professors don't mind helping you if you pay attention in class. nicknamed "harvard on the bayou" nicholls offers many different courses, but i think they are best known for their nursing program, their partnership with tulane university for pre-med, and the chef john folse culinary institute.

Nicholls is one of the cheaper schools in Louisiana. But you really get your money's worth. The classes are wonderful and most of the teachers are willing to help anyone in need. Which to be is the bang for my bucks.

Nicholls tuition is much lower than other Universities I have researched. Besides Community Colleges, Nicholls is one of the cheapest routes to go. The cafeteria is a bit pricey, but you do get plenty of food. The Union is also a tad pricey, but again, the amount of food you would get is pretty much worth it. The surrounding area restaurants are very reasonable, which makes dining out easy as well. Books can be expensive, but rental and used options, make it cheaper to get your books for school.
