Read MoreAll ratings aside (i.e. The Princeton Review) NJIT is what you make of it. If you're the kid who stays in their dorm playing video/PC games, then your mostly likely going to say the school sucks. If all you do is party and do horrible in classes, your most likely going to agree with the nerd except that there's a social life. Basically, get involved and learn how to balance your activities. Join clubs or intramural sports. While this isn't a weekend school, the RA coordinators always have some sort of fun events posted. There is never a week when there isn't a fun activity, especially during Exam Weeks.
