Monroe Community College Campus Life

I can't lie, the food is pretty crappy, especially if you like to eat on the healthier side. However, if you like junk food, we have a good amount of that in the dining hall/vending machines.

Lots of food options thanks to Sodexo and Dunkin Donuts. Good quality too for the most part, not the healthiest though.

There is a cafeteria and a few coffee shops. They serve mostly pastries at the coffee shops and fast food in the cafeteria. There are not many healthy options to choose from. Although they are trying and offer yogurts, some fruits and salad choices. Depending on how healthy you would like to eat and how long your day, it may not be a bad idea to bring your lunch.

Food in dining area is good . The cooks makes an assortment of meals fit for students.

Personally I think the service in the dining area is awful. the food tastes great, especially the pizza. When I was the only one in line one day I waited for a group of three employees to finish their conversation until one noticed me and asked yes? then I had to wait ten minutes for food. The Restaurant Reflections is amazing. The food was superb and with it being the classroom for students going into the food business they did a great job.

Really great food! There's a Subway and Dunkin Donuts on campus plus some really great pizza, chinese food, fresh sushi, and dozens of other options available.

There is both a cafeteria at the Damon city campus and the Brighton campus. The food prepared at Damon is good and there is a large variety to choose from at the Brighton campus. Anything from sushi to chicken fingers is available along with easy to grab snacks in between classes.

I don't believe we have that here; if we do, it's not popular

Phi Theta Kappa, which I am in, is the only greek opportunity here. It is an honor society though and not a fraternity.

There are no Frats/Sororities associated with MCC.

There is no greek life on campus. However there is a club that admits you if your GPA is a 3.7 or above after your first semester called the Theta Kappa I believe.

The clubs exist, but I haven't seen them really doing anything.
