Create an account now!Being in the Historic Third Ward district of downtown Milwaukee, MIAD is in an amazing location for college students. Every student gets a bus pass, so you can go anywhere you want in the city, or simply explore the Third Ward. The setting is great for aspiring artists because there are always gallery/exhibition openings going on, and we're only a mile away from the Milwaukee Art Museum. We are in close proximity to beaches, walking paths, museums, restaurants, and so on. I really can't say enough about how great Milwaukee is for students, whether or not you like MIAD. It's not as busy as some place like Chicago, so it's not overwhelming, but it's super easy to find something fun to do.

As for fun at the school there are plenty of clubs to join that host a multitude of events (Including an anime convention!).
