Dedicated teachers want nothing more than for you to succeed. You will be surrounded by driven people who will inspire you to reach your goals. The smaller campus allows you to take charge of your education and college experience.

I think that I'm getting a quality education at Millikin, but I don't think it's worth what I'm paying a year. I received a half-tuition scholarship for being in the honors program, and even then I'm still paying $15,000 a year (without room and board or a meal plan of any kind). If I were living on campus, I know that I could never afford it. It's even worse housing-wise when they force all upperclassmen into The Woods, an apartment complex that has a contract with Millikin. I think rent is at $950 a month currently without food or utilities. It doesn't matter how many roommates you have, every student pays the same price.
