Sooo worth it!! I decided not to get my associate here, but just to get my core curriculum classes done with and I saved almost 10 thousand dollars going to midlands and transferring as opposed to going straight to my four year school. This school does NOT play games when it comes to how they spend your tuition, there are tutors available in almost every subject Mon-Fri, a plethora of computers to use if you need, a wide selection of academic (and non academic) books and sooo many other resources for the student.

Midlands Technical College in Columbia S.C is such a wonderful place to be a student. The campus is lovely, modern, bright and clean, surrounded by plenty of options for eating. The cost of going to Midlands is affordable for most, without have to be in debt, I recommend taking classes here, you won't be disappointed!

i am transferring to a four year university this fall and am bringing almost two years' worth of classes with me. a few of the classes i took did not meet the requirements to be able to transfer but overall i've got a lot of credit already. by going here instead of to the four-year immediately, i saved at least $15.000 on tuition, not to mention the money saved by staying at home instead of paying for on-campus housing.
