This was a pretty great Segway into college life. Classes are small and teachers are friendly if you talk to them. Don’t be afraid to talk to them!! They will help you more than you know. Campus is nice, food is good. Atmosphere is chill.

Be prepared with your own plan. The teachers I've had were very nice and laid back, but don't waste your time. I really recommend knowing what classes you need instead of getting your "basic classes" out of the way, they aren't all necessary for each major.

I feel as if the school could care less about what happened to me once it came time to graduate and I needed to transfer to a four-year college. They are terrible at returning emails and phone calls and they never sent my transcripts after two months of being requested.

Be clear about your goals and always visit more than one counselor. Odds are that counselor will tell you something different from another counselor.

it seems so big and easy to get lost but don;;t underestimate yourself. keep in touch with professors. be involved.
