The food can get boring at times. However, the meals are usually very good and the cafeteria focuses on all organic/Maharishi Ayurvedic selections. There are always hot foods, a nice salad bar, homemade soups, tons of spices, organic and organic soy milk, tea, sandwhiches, etc. There is a lot of room for creativity in the dining hall. Your room and board covers your 3 daily meals Sat-Fri and 2 meals on Sundays.
