It is not the best food. It is not the worst food. It is just okay. Sometimes the dining hall has really great options, and other times it does not. It is just a hit or miss. You will get tired of it. Although, a great thing about Loyola is that we can also eat on Tulane's campus with our meal swipes and wolfbucks. Thus, there is a wide variety of dining options.

The best part about the dining at Loyola is that you can use your meal plan at both Loyola and Tulane. Loyola has the convenience of being nearby (and is said to have better food, while Tulane has longer hours and more options.

I like that when can eat at both Loyola and Tulane campuses. It provides you with variety, and for students that take classes at Tulane or Loyola's Broadway campus convenience. Sodexo the company that provides food for both puts out surveys to get student feedback and they reward you for it ,too. Sodexo is always having themed dinner nights like Carnival night. Dining would be better if are wolf bucks worked at local restaurants which is being discussed for the future. If we could get the money we don't use back or applied to our whole time at Loyola.

The Orleans Room is the main cafeteria on campus. On campus we also have a convenience store on campus that is open until midnight every day, Subway, Smoothie King, a burger joint, a sushi place and a bakery. In addition to that we can also use our wolfbucks on the Tulane campus where there is a Panda Express, Baja Fresh, a smoothie place, Einsteins bagels and more!

Loyola has a wide variety of Greek life from both panhellenic and non-panhellenic organizations. There's always opportunities to get involved with them, and they host a lot of events on campus.

Due to the size on the school, it is not that big, however, most of my friends are greek and I participated in much of the greek life activities. I would recommend it, Greek life is not over bearing, it's more of a side club then a way of life like at the larger schools.

I am involved with Greek life, but in a more non-traditional way. I am part of Sigma Alpha Iota, a music fraternity for women on campus. The awesome thing about Loyola Greek life is that it's so diverse. The social frats and sororities (like at any school) can be time and money demanding, but it is easy to find the part of Greek life you would like to be involved in.
