Create an account now!people did different things for fun. some smoke weed and get drunk at frats. some skate around town with their friends. some stay in the room all day and watch netflix. a large majority of people went home on the weekends. this was hard for me since i was from out of state and did not have a car. it took a car to get to exciting places and portland.
Read MoreThe college puts on lots of fun programs like concerts and movie nights, as well as planning outings for students- one this year involved zip-lining! Third Street (McMinnville's downtown) has lots of restaurants, boutiques, and other interesting things to check out as well.

Read MoreWe have great theatre, music and athletic programs, as well as a multitude of clubs so there's something for everyone. We have diversity clubs, language clubs, recreational sports clubs as well as a few sillier ones, like the hammock club.

Read MoreThere are movies shown on the weekends, and also student concerts on Thursdays. Many people go to the fraternities for parties on weekends, and you can always rent a car for super cheap and go into Portland for the night. Life at Linfield can get pretty dull, so make sure to join some clubs like Outdoor Club which has trips to the beach and mountains on weekends.
