The town is quite small and so is the college but it is very community oriented which I love. I know so many students on campus already and it's always nice to walk into a class the first day and see familiar faces.
Read MoreLinfield college has a beautiful campus. Linfield in and of itself is like its own small town. Everybody here creates this sort of community and it is very comfortable to attend this college. I felt very at home here within the first week.
Read MoreThis past year spent at Linfield has been the best year of my life. Linfield campus is quite small but not too small; it is just the right size for a campus. It is small enough to recognize people when you are walking around and small enough for you to make it to class on time. The people around campus are very friendly. While walking around, you will always find that many individuals that walk past you either smile or say hello. The professors and staff are friendly as well. They always are their to lend a helping hand or to chat. Along with the friendly individuals around campus, they are many things to do. You can go play sports, hang out with friends, walk to Third Street for many fantastic restuarants, or simply see what's going around on campus. Every Thursday and Saturday night, there sure will be something going on. Linfield is such an amazing college with always something to do.

It is a very small town and many activities are a long walk away, so I would recommend you have a car or Linfield has a very active biking community and a bike co-op. The surroundings are very beautiful though, and Linifield usually has something to do. Many activities such as a chocolate tour and moonlight snowshoeing are offered through the CIC and you can buy tickets for a nominal fee. There are also events like free movies and comedians that come to campus.
